About This Record
Andre Kostelanetz was the great popularizer of orchestral music in mid-century America, a conductor who believed beautiful melodies belonged to everyone, not just concertgoers in evening dress. This first pressing of Mood For Love on Philips is warm, romantic, and unapologetically lush.
